All my workshops begin with a focused approach to personal growth and then go deeper into the theme of the workshop - whether that be for Team Building, Selling, Parenting, or Marriage Workshops.

Regardless of the workshop, I like to do my homework! The minute I am booked - I get to work on getting to know who I'm speaking to! It is crucial that I am able to relate my content and ensure that I have a message and tools which are relevant to the group!

It is always my goal to Educate, Entertain, and Empower!

Educate - I love to tell stories, joke around, have fun, and connect with my audience emotionally - but that's not enough! It is always my goal to equip my audience with a full set of tools to take home! (All the tools that can be effectively shared in our time together!)

Entertain - I like to have FUN! My workshops are high-energy, and I'm an open-book who loves to laugh! I am definitely a little on the "feisty" side at times but I will always work within the guidelines that are established during booking.

Empower - I am obsessed with people! Every human being has a unique story, and my hope is for them to really see and believe in their potential! Every time I hit the stage my mission is to lift my audience and send them home with more confidence than they showed up with!

  • This is a FANTASTIC workshop for any business looking to reach the next level! If you’re looking for someone to analyze your financials - that is not my specialty! However, PEOPLE are what drive business! And THAT is my specialty!! If you are looking to improve COMMUNICATION, RELATIONSHIPS, PERFORMANCE, SYNERGY, SALES, and CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - you have nailed what I’m passionate about!! Investing in your team to not only have amazing performance, but to create an atmosphere where everyone loves coming to work!

    After spending my entire life in some form of sales, I have so many tools, processes, and SYSTEMS (my favourite word) to help you out! This training is unlike any Sales Training you have ever had!

    We start with Personal Development! All the Sales Training, Principles and Processes in the world will do no good if your team is: tired, confused, distracted by their personal life, stressed out, unable to manage time and solve problems effectively, and more than anything - lacking confidence.

    A typical Training Workshop with me looks like this:

    ENERGY - Let’s train your team to manage their ENERGY so they not only have the ambition and drive to do their work but they also enjoy it more and still have some left over to take home to their family at the end of the day! Burnout is such a real thing!

    Self-Discovery - Let’s get right back down to the basics and understand why we’re all here in the first place!

    Creating Focus - This is about the juggling act of life! We want our team members to live full lives and not feel like they’re continuously on a hamster wheel or sacrificing parts of their lives that are important to them. Our goal is to help our team out and hopefully create lasting partnerships, minimizing painful turn-over that could have been prevented. And at the end of the day - it’s just about caring about our teams.

    Building Confidence - Many people believe you’re either born with confidence or not. Wrong. It’s a skill. Something that can be developed and worked on. And also, it’s rather interesting how some people view confidence. The need for this chapter is self-explanatory but I am going to pump it up anyway! Not only will Confidence help our team to get out there and do their best work - but it will drastically improve communications and relationships.

    Stress Management and Problem Solving - This is all very simple but very under-utilized! Problems are constant. They will never all go away. We want our teams to be effective at solving problems and not getting too weighed down by them.

    Communication and Having Difficult Conversations - Let’s work to have a positive Team environment where each member feels seen, heard, and understood; and able to work out the conflicts that are harming relationships within the culture. The goal is always Progress and Growth!

    Time Management - No-brainer on why this is necessary! And, p.s - a lot of people struggle with this!

    The Power of Growth - Understanding Goal Setting, Using an effective process that will work specifically for the members of your team.

    3 Key Principles of Selling - I’ve had this in my mind since my very first Sales Training when I was 19 Years Old. It still rings true!

    Developing the Systems, Processes, and Customer Experience - This is where we get into more customization. We need systems to stay on track, manage work loads effectively, stay ACCOUNTABLE, automate what we can while always maintaining real, genuine connection. This is a deeper look at the homework that needs to be done by the team to ensure an outstanding Customer Experience, understand the competition and stand out.

    Team Building - This is where we work to learn more about our teammates, how to work together effectively, and how to appreciate each other (and hopefully have some FUN too)! There is an option for Personality Testing here as well.

    Ideally, this workshop is held over 2 days! I would love for it to be off-site and have some flexibility to add some fun into it! However, I will work with you to come up with a plan that fits your schedule. I can compress and mix and match as well to accommodate a shorter window of time.

    This workshop is meant to have regular follow-up sessions because we all know that even the greatest of plans will fail if they aren’t reviewed and revised regularly!

  • Okay, so we can organize these for the dads too! I advertise for moms because I find them my most relatable group! My people! And I dreeeeam of Mom’s Retreats!! Haha (Laughing but dead serious!)

    Everyone deals with the pressures of being the “perfect” parent! Newsflash - “perfection” is not realistic - you can try playing the game of being perfect but there is still a good chance that you’ll be the reason your kids need years of therapy!

    Although “perfection” is not real - we can and should still aim for “Excellence” and “Effectiveness!” The way I see it, the years seem to be flying by at warp speed! I don’t know about you but I don’t want to waste this time! I love my children more than anything in the world and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to be the best mother I can be (and I’m sure you feel the same)!

    In this workshop we are going to start with a mirror! You cannot be your best at parenting if you’re not strong, healthy, and vibrant in your own mind! (Not saying that YOU do this, but nothing makes me more angry than parents taking their own issues out on their children or needing their children to fulfill something that they are missing.) We ALL need to grow and improve!

    This workshop pulls at my heart! I feel that children deserve the best of the best! I feel that parenting is NOT a competition but a privilege! We need to stop judging others and start working on ourselves!

    But let’s also face the fact that even though we are grateful AF, parenting is hard work!

    So I like my retreats to be a mixture of a little rest and rejuvenation and some time to work on the personal development that we tend to push to the side.

    I focus on Self Growth, Intentional Parenting, as well as taking time to create the systems necessary to take a little of the busyness and stress out of the picture. We will never eliminate the chaos but we can certainly work on ways to dance with it!

    And like all my workshops, I like to have a LOT of LAUGHS and FUN!

  • This 2-Day Workshop will feel like an extra long date. Whether you are considering getting married; you’re happily married (or in a long-term relationship) and wanting to keep the fire burning; you’ve been married a while and suffered a few of life’s pressures and need a little re-set; or you are “willing to give it one last try,” - there is something valuable in this workshop for everyone!

    If you haven’t already noticed the theme, here it is again - we will start with a mirror! Think about it, how much goes wrong in relationships because of insecurities - like, almost everything! You won’t be your best to others until you’re the best version of yourself!

    Once we have worked on ourselves we are going to dive right into REALLY getting to know each other. Get ready - we are going deep! Let’s build that level of appreciation and respect for each other! No judgement! Now, we can work on problem-solving, communication, navigating through life that’s filled with obstacles, and how to stay connected.

    Though this workshop is very deep, we will definitely break it up and have some FUN! Oh, and be prepared to be engaged, blushing, and laughing - we have a whole segment talking about sex too!

I have come to understand that there are only so many tools I can share in 45 minutes and people don’t remember details anyway! Based on my conversation with the Event Planners - I choose a couple tools to touch on and the rest of my time is difficult to even put words to! I really just like to bring a ton of energy to the room, interact, relate, tell stories, connect on an emotional level, while also leaving with a sore stomach from so many laughs!

We all have times in our lives and/or business journeys where we just need someone to talk with, vent to, problem solve with, or hold us accountable! And there are times where we do not want this person to be a colleague, friend, or family member!

If we were to go back 15 years I would never have imagined myself as someone who coached others! Oh my gosh, I was so bloody lost in life! But, as I’ve rode the Roller Coaster of Life and worked through a lot of crap (excuse the candidness - yes, that’s how I talk), I feel that has only equipped me with the ability to truly sit with people and listen to understand where they’re at.

Speaking was a role that I continuously got pulled into. It was one of those pulls that I couldn’t ignore and one that I only want to continue to grow and get better at!

Coaching just naturally followed speaking and has become a big part of my service to others! As I mentioned, I love people! I find people the most fascinating object on the planet! I am truly honoured and humbled to have my clients share their personal and business stories with me!

Full disclosure, I know where and when to stay in my own lane. I am not a trained Therapist. I am not qualified for counselling. If I meet with a coaching client and we discover that I don’t have the proper methods and tools to help, we part ways and no funds are paid to me. I only want to work with clients that I can help improve the quality of their life.

  • There are times that we feel we can manage just fine in our own businesses the same way we feel we can in our own lives. However, if we really want growth and improvement - sometimes an outside opinion and discovery process can really move the needle!

    I find as an Outsider there is more likelihood of employees and clients opening up to me. We remove any bad blood, history, or bias, and focus strictly on the best ways to move forward.

    This Coaching program is typically done in conjunction with a Workshop to help teams maintain accountability and continuous improvement.

    This is where we work together, putting pen to paper to solve problems, discover holes in communication, and create systems to improve morale, performance, and customer experiences.

    These systems may include regular communication times, check-ins, sales systems, client interaction processes and follow-ups; as well as potentially shifting team members around to find the most effective ways to operate.

    We may utilize systems to mitigate conflict in the workplace and strive towards a more synergistic work environment.

    This option of coaching is customizable but is often most successful the more in-depth we go! And, I also find that we make adjustments to the program along the way to make sure it is delivering the desired results.

  • This is a subscription based service that goes along with my learning materials.

    We customize it by choosing from the following options:

    • Sending me emails of the Homework and I will respond with feedback.

    • Weekly check-in calls (typically 15 minutes).

    • Monthly or Bi-Monthly Video Calls or In-person visits. These calls can be 1 or 2 hours depending on what is required for coaching; and will come with a follow-up email of recommendations, ideas to try, and what the client must accomplish prior to the next call.

    • This coaching is meant to help my clients develop long-term habits and skills to keep growing.

    • And I’m open to any ideas or methods the client feels would be helpful to them specifically.

  • These are one-off calls for anyone!

    You may be utilizing my materials and just need a little extra support or want an extra set of ears and ideas to sort through a problem every now and then.

    You may be going through a rough patch and need someone outside of your regular friends and family circles to talk to.

    I opened this option simply because I have been there! I have been in situations where I wanted an outside set of ears to hear me out, help me with what I need to take accountability for, be a sounding board to help me work through a problem, let me just vent it out without judgement, and be a person I would feel comfortable crying it out to.

    I am very blessed with an amazing husband and some great family and friends but there are just times that they’re not the right fit for me to talk to. I often answer my own questions (and you will too), but I have learned how powerful it can be to talk it out with someone.

    So I decided to open this service to anyone needing just that! And again, I will stay in my lane. If we talk and I feel you may need some help more qualified then I am, I will direct you that way. Don’t get me wrong - I do have a lot of training and experience…but I will never profess to be the equivalent of a qualified doctor!

  • This is an option that I will organize for the public and share in emails.

    However, if you have a group of people who would like to take my workshop and continue with a program (or are working through my app or workbooks) - and you’d like to have a regular support time together - please let me know!

    Like all coaching programs, we will customize this to meet your specific needs!

    This is also a great option for businesses that have hired me that want extra Personal Development support for all employees but without the formal Sales and Business program.
