My name is Lacey Owens and I’m a leader in Personal Development!
Everything I teach is simply what I use in my own life! Personal Development caught my attention very early in my adult life when I was going through some hormone imbalance, some high-pressure sales work, and a little depression. But it really clicked in and stuck with me about a decade ago; and I’ve been travelling around learning, practicing, and coaching on Personal Development ever since!

I want to tell you that this is not at all about being perfect! It's the farthest thing from it! It’s about learning to Focus on what really matters most to you and having the confidence to follow through!

I've created this as a system that may be used over and over again! It has helped me through my lowest of lows as well as to reach my greatest successes! The key word is - SYSTEM! Many of us enjoy reading self-improvement materials and listening to podcasts; however, the material only helps us if we apply it to our own life! So we take in this information and find our heads spinning as we wonder - where the heck to start!?!

This course takes out the guess-work. It is an extremely simple step-by-step process!

This workbook was created to go along with my live workshops, online courses, and GYST App. However, it may also be used on it's own as a guided personal development journal/program. It is much more effective with the App or course but if you're one who likes to cut to the chase - this workshop is a great resource to help you out!

This is the course I wrote while coming out of a divorce. I have also used it as an entrepreneur always climbing to new levels, taking on new projects, and living in an uncertain world! I come back to it every time life throws me a curve ball (including a few battles with grief). And, it helps me as a parent in today's chaotic society!

My goal now is to share it with others and encourage others to put the effort into Living Your Best Life! Trust me, it's worth it!!

A Guided Morning Journal to Help You Get the Best Start to Your Day!

This morning journal incorporates quite a few highlights from my personal development courses so that you may implement them regularly and have a better shot at staying on track!

I created this program for myself (like I did with all my materials)! It was a tool that I felt would give me the best start to the day, automate my personal development work, and help me to manage my time and focus!

You know how that is, right?? You read all these articles and social media posts on all that you should be doing to take care of yourself and your mental health! They leave your head spinning in circles! I wanted a little book that I could wake up to and automate it all! Get my energy on track, do my gratitude and affirmations, and look at where my priorities lie! But I wanted it in a format that I could journal and reflect a little more, because I always feel much better when I write.

Some mornings you may only have 5 minutes for your journal! Life can be a little hectic! I get that! You can really get a lot out of this in only 5 minutes!! However, my magic number is an average of 20 minutes. I love to spend 20 minutes on this practice. It helps me to not only enter my day feeling confident and in control of my day (or at least how I control my reaction to my day!), but it also helps to stay on track and not give up on my life-long personal development/growth journey!

I love this journal for helping me as an entrepreneur, but more than anything - I love it for helping me to be a parent in today's somewhat chaotic society!
