Lacey was by far my favourite presenter. She was so transparent and completely herself. Her entire workshop from start to finish was enticing, engaging, and easy to follow. She was vulnerable and showed so much emotion to show that we all go through struggles - it's about how we come out on the other side. I also loved the material she gave us to bring back with us. Her scribbler and her booklet is clear and provides specific steps to act on the things she talked about.

Lacey Owens was FANTASTIC. Probably one of, if not the, best speakers I have experienced at an SYL Retreat (and I've been to 4 now, so....I know a thing or two about a thing or two). Really informative and inspirational. My only wish was that it was longer and we got to engage more with her materials. It was that great!

I look forward to Mondays, and am sad that the course is ending. I am very thankful that I had met you in the past and heard you speak before. It made it much easier to decide to sign up. You are a wonderful person Lacey, and I thank you for sharing so much of yourself these last few months. You have given us a lot of great, useful information that I know will help make me & our life better.

I definitely would be interested in weekly meetings and / or even redoing the course. I find I always pick up something!

Using these items, developing a morning routine with a morning journal and continuously coming back to these platforms is how I plan to stay on track moving forward. To have a growth mindset, I have to set myself up with procedures to always come back to and keep moving forward. It will take continuous work, but to keep improving a little each day at a time is a goal of mine. I want to live an extraordinary life, and using your tools will definitely help me to get there!
